Is this cooler compatible with LGA 1200 sockets?

According to their site, it works with the LGA 1200 slot.

Will do this a better job over Wraith Stealth?

Honestly, no it doesn't. I had a Stealth installed on my Ryzen 5 2600, didn't like it and bought this. This was only marginally better, with idle temps in the low 40's C and load temps near 82 C. I returned it and dropped in a Cooler Master AIO and haven't looked back.

Is the cable this comes with long enough to be plugged in?? Looks kinda short.

Yes, it is long enough. Just finished three builds with it.
