Don't purchase this product
I only received 23 screw kits, I need 24. I paid for 24. I called the manufacturer and was told "must be a weighing problem, we aren't responsible for sending 24. They refuse to send me one more screw, because it will cost too much to ship" . My point is that I ordered 24, and I paid for 24, not 23. I wont buy anything from this entity again- dont know what I'll get!

THESE ARE THE WORST!
Very sadly, I installed a couple of hundred of these when I replaced all my Florida home windows, and these were the required hardware for my hurricane boards. MANY, MANY, MANY ISSUES!!!!1. Absolutely a pain to get the holes drilled properly....they are VERY sensitive to the exact right depth!2. VERY finicky about exact hole diameter. So if the concrete erodes even a little as you drill it, OR your drill bit wobbled even a touch, the anchor will NOT FIT.NOW FOR THE WORST PART:3. Come time to use them, I found that a high percentage would not thread properly. The inner cone material is far too soft and cross threads easily and instantly! It then jams and will not go in or out.4. About 20% have not stayed set in the walls, and they spin when you put a bolt in, or pull out when you try to screw it down.5. A shelf I put up with these...SIX OF THEM!...fell off the wall, with only about 60 pounds on it. All 6 of the anchors just pulled out of the wall!THESE ARE THE WORST....THE VERY WORST!
