Universal Rotating plastic holder for tactical flashlights designed for LE and Military use. The flashlight holder can be rotated on the belt a full 360° with 16 locking positions for hands-free use. Tensioned roller clips hold light securely in holster, yet allow quick access. Flashlight snaps out of holster when tilted away from belt. A safety lock prevents accidental release of the flashlight. The metal clip for attaching holster to belt, tactical vest or MOLLE system is adjustable for belt widths up to 2". A latching metal closure with rubber knubbing on the inside keeps holder securely in place when rotating the flashlight. Available models include 35mm or 37mm bezel rings to fit a wide variety of flashlight types. Using the 37mm bezel ring also enables elongation of the holder by 18mm.

The Phoebus Tactical PRFH-14/35 Universal Rotating Fast Holster is a rotating flashlight holder made of heavy duty plastic and is designed for LE and Military use. The flashlight holder can be rotated on the belt a full 360 degree with 16 locking positions for hands-free use. Tensioned roller clips hold the light securely in the holster, yet allow quick access. Flashlight snaps out of holster when tilted away from belt. A safety lock prevents accidental release of the flashlight. The metal clip for attaching the holster to a belt, tactical vest or MOLLE system is adjustable for belt widths up to 2 inches (51 mm). A latching metal closure with rubber knobbing on the inside keeps the holder securely in place while rotating the flashlight. Available models include 35 mm or 37mm bezel rings to fit a wide variety of flashlight types. Using the 37 mm bezel ring also enables elongation of the holder by 18 mm (.7 inch). The PRFH-14/35 fits the Phoebus Tactical PL-3 Lunetta 3 and the MicroFire PHL-2R Spike flashlight models as well as a wide variety of other flashlights with a bezel diameter of up to 1.38 inches (35 mm).
