Healthy bread
I added to the 1 cup of the product a lot of seeds ... pumpkin, melon, sunflower, flax seeds, plus 1 cup oats kernels,1 cup jowar flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat, baker cumin, and pistas ... it was perfect. Therefore, 1 pack = 2 loaves of 22 cm.

PACKAGING NOT GOOD
Flour is good but packaging is very bad. Ordered three varieties of this brand and all of them arrived in torn condition. Both packaging, Sellers and Factory are not strong enough. These flours are not cheap, but we paid for it and we expect them to arrive in good condition. I am also wondering if the seller is sending me a loose or unsafe package before dispatching.

Tasty but too salty and expensive
I made bread with half of the flour. It is tasty and crunchy but too salty for my taste.I had 1/4 of the bread, which I had made as a round loaf, today because I had read that rye helps to control diabetes.I think it is a bit too costly. It should be classified as diabetic friendly health food and the duties on import should be reduced.
