The recliner itself is quite nice it’s comfortable and was easy to assemble. My issue is delivery it arrived in half a box covered in tape the recliner had significant damage to the inside springs on the inside top of the portion called Flash they told me it was an Amazon problem and I needed to contact them so I tried calling first and got a message they are not currently accepting phone calls I then tried the in app chat which is also offline there is an option for a refund however but takes 14 days to get your money back unless you have them give you amazon credit and then you have to take it to ups to return it which is quite the hassle with a recliner so subsequently I’m now stuck with a broken recliner and out $264

If you're balling on a budget and need a smaller recliner to fit in a small space or apt, this the one for you! I like to use a small, soft pillow for lumbar support because the chair is lacking in the lower back area. Other than that, great chair! I bought one red and one gray chair. I love the red... it really looks great in my living room!

I used this item in my husband's office. It was no good. I will never purchase furniture sight unseen, again.

You can tell easily that the product is cheap, it’s made with cheap fabric and cheap wood. The installation itself is extremely easy but seems really cheap. You can feel the wood in the lumbar support and the feet. I’ve had this product for about 4 months and it’s starting to tear. I haven’t had a spill or a stain on it lately but I recommend spending a few more dollars to actually go in-store and try out chairs there.

They're a good price, however they are pretty small. Not much cushion on the calf area when the foot rest is up. I'm 5'2 and I feel like the chair is small even for me. It's comfortable enough and the color is spot on from the ad.

A little smaller than I thought. Comfortable but not too fluffy. Received earlier than expected and very happy. Matching recliners in my town was going to be 16 weeks if ordered. Amazon did it in less than 3

The material is nice and soft, chair is cushy, wouldn't be as comfortable for anyone over 5'8" ish as they are smaller in length. The packing for shipment was horrible... boxes came in completed crushed and dented and tore. there was no framing around the chair, which allowed one of the chairs to get a small cut in the material on the back and have some spots that looked a little worn.

Should have more foam for lumbar support LAYING on wood frame I had to put foam inbetween lower back of chair and myself In only 140lbs - 5ft6" can't imagine someone taller. My small of my back started hurting from LAYING in wood frame good thing I had some foam to use ,price point should tell you not built for ADULTS with some reclining wants.
