Comfortable and easy to assemble. The strap broke that holds it in place when bed is not in use by it still holds in place.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and have assembled the frame alone. Had a dent in part A of the weld but fixed it with a few taps of my mighty iron mallet. The mattress doesn’t have any sparkles or the darker sides like advertised, doesn’t have the white in the wheels either but has a great design anyway. An hour later in the “mattress recovery” and it’s comfortable to lay on. I can imagine it’s not made for heavyset people because when I sit upright (I’m 110 lb) I can feel the frame on my bum. Unpleasant to feel. Hopefully it’s just part of the recovery. The mattress isn’t memory foam, nor does it smell good. Hopefully the smell goes away overtime as soon as possible. Does have the velcro straps but doesn’t seem too needed, great bed overall though.

This bed works for times when an extra one is needed. It is comfortable enough to get a decent sleep. It is very easy to fold up and put away. Thanks!

Comfortable mattress. Two issues we found when we opened the box. One of the closing straps was broken so we are having to use my son's karate belt to tie it closed. And one of the bolts doesn't go in because a part came bent so we had to unbend it with pliers. But the holes don't line up so we still can't get the bolt in. Also we noticed on tile floor (which is what we have in the whole house) the whole bed tends to slide around at night.Update:The seller of this item reached out to me and apologized for the issues I experienced. They gave me tips on how to fix them. Amd understandably the bent part was most likely from rough handling of the package in transit. We were able to get the bolt in so that is fixed. They have tremendous customer services. They are very polite and understanding and even gave me a $40 refund on my purchase. The bed overall is amazingly comfortable and sturdy. I would buy this item again from this seller if I ever need another one.

Based on the picture on the site it appeared that the only assembly required would be to put the wheels on. However it took two people a total of about 7 hours to put together. Two metal pieces were bent so rather than return it we bought longer screws at the hardware store and that worked. And the screws they give are difficult to handle when using the tiny Allen wrenches supplied. Once it was together and the mattress inflated it serves its intended purpose. But I would recommend better quality control and better mention of how much assembly is required.

If you like feeling the metal foundation when you lay down, this is the mattress for you. Guests will be fleeing your home in no time. Had the mattress been thick enough, it would have been comfortable and a better buy. I would not recommend this product. And Amazon was not much better with the return policy. Once the mattress was inflated, getting back in the box was impossible. They wanted me to disassemble the foundation and repack it and they would send someone over for pickup. At an additional cost to salvage this purchase, and not deal with the hassle of repacking, I am going to find something to put between the foundation and the mattress and keep it. What a pos.

Very practical and surprisingly comfortable. Folds out of the way. Good quality.

My dad got the boot from my mom and has been staying with me. I got him this bed because it's easy to store and doesn't take much room. He is 6'0 and probably weighs about 210 lbs. He really likes the bed and sleeps well. He is basically the size of the bed (in length) but he actually really likes it and and says it's comfy. He has even joked around and said he would love to take the mattress with him for camping.The only thing I didn't like is that the mattress thickness is less than advertized. It appears to be about 4" - 4.25". Regardless, there aren't any complaints on my dad's end.
