so here's the deal. some of us still prefer wired lans over wireless. without going into tech specs, it's always a better connection. my wireless router has four rj-45 lan ports and i use them whenever i can. in this case, it was for a long 45' run. i don't like seeing any wires and the previous one was shoved between the baseboard molding and the carpet. well, while it survived installation, it had some transmission errors and as a result, full network speeds were limited.due to the great price, it being a flat cable and along with amazon's return policy, i decided to replace the old one. it was a tedious effort going behind furniture, but this new flat cable really made a measurable difference. in places where it was too tight, the white color is a plus since it matches the wall's molding color. best of all is network traffic getting to the device at full speed.so yes, i would buy again, and in a heartbeat! at one point, i did rip through the outer insulation with a screwdriver but did not damage the enclosed wire. it's constructed well enough to withstand some abuse including being squeezed into some very tight spaces.

100 Ft flat cable works perfect when running it and trying to hide it. Connectors are smooth.

We hooked up a video projector in a church. Perfect.

This cable is effective, with high speeds, and due to it being flat, it can be tucked away easily. I would certainly recommend using this cable. However, be wary if you have a dog that likes to chew things. The last one of these I had, my dog chewed a nice chunk out of it. Now, due to it being as long as it is, I was able to splice the cable back together. I did end up buying a second cable though, as foresight in case my four legged friend is in the mood for some polymers. Overall, great product, does what it needs to do, and the extra length allows easy repairs.

I have a small kitten that loves to play with wires so I end up having to close the door to avoid his antics. It's been a couple weeks now and the cable still works as new even with the door closed on it and the occasional tussle with my cat.

２階北向き部屋（仕事部屋）のWindows10デスクトップPC周りの配置換えに伴い、ケーブル張り替えの為に購入しました。Windows 10デスクトップは、基本的に１階居間ルーターまたはスイッチングハブからLANケーブルを引き上げて接続しています。以前の置き場（机の下にメタルラックを入れて、メタルラック内に置く）だと20mでギリギリ届いていました。机をL字型配列に変えたのを機に、デスクトップを机上に置いたら、20mでは少しだけ足りなくなってしまいました。延長用コネクタをかませて１、２mのケーブルを継ぎ足すことも考えましたが、「もしも（継ぎ目のせいで接続が不安定になったらいやだ）」の場合を回避したく、30mケーブルに張り替えしました。平型のおかげで、ドアを閉めてもケーブルを潰さずに室内に通せるし、以前に張ったケーブルモールも共用することができました。現在の配置（画像右から２番目）だと、30mのケーブルはかなり余ってて、実はデスクトップ裏で結束バンドで畳んであります。それでも、突然パソコン周りの模様替えをしたくなった時に、LANケーブルの長さに余裕があれば慌てないで済むので、満足です！

平型が好きなので、こちらにしました。止めピンも付いて、とってもいい買い物でした。

I bought this white ethernet cable since I need to run it around the trim of my house from my router to my computer. It blends in way better than the typical blue cables and within a day we forgot it was even there. This pack has great value because it also comes with some cable management clips that nail into your baseboard and also a velcro strap to hold together any extra cable.

The cable arrived in a small neat package, had a couple velcro ties, and the sockets were protected with plastic caps. The package also contained a few of the wall clips (the ones with small nails) so I was able to arrange it neatly without buying anything else . It works great, 5 stars.
