WE are VERY picky...and looked at every comforter set on the internet and we couldn't find just what we wanted. That is, until I happened upon this set by Chic Home. The comforter itself is actually heavy and the entire set is made well and looks really expensive! We ordered a new King Saatva adjustable bed and it fits great....now waiting on our frame...(ordered from Amish Family business and it takes 6-8 weeks...) otherwise I would have posted a photo. (would have loved it if a set of blue shear curtains would have been included or available....it's a hard color to match...so have to go with beige.) VERY very happy!!

The fabric is so beautiful, and satiny to the touch. It is truly stunning. Great value for the price, and very comfortable.

I got beige.. This comforter set is so elegant! Seems to be well made. Will have to see how it holds up over time. The only thing I don't like is that it wrinkles easily.

I've NEVER felt so compelled to review a product. Having just returned a similar bedspread (spread + 2 shams alone, were $700!) from another online retailer because it wasn't a color match, I needed to replace our tattering, spread (1st pic) of 15 yrs. I was concerned by a few bad reviews on this one, but decided that since it was the style that best matched my existing traditional decor/color palette, to buy it anyway. Yes, everything was VERY wrinkled upon arrival. No, it's NOT cheap fabric, that snags easily. The quality is unexpectedly much better than I expected, for the price. All pieces are well made. Wrinkled arrival of any fabric is to be expected with the convenience of online shopping. The remedy is to simply iron, which I did. For bed skirt and pillows, I got out the ironing board. For the bedspread, I ironed it on the bed. Yes, it's time consuming. But, a little effort makes ALL the difference in the appearance. 2nd pic is an example of how wrinkled, each of the 9 piece set was, upon opening. 3rd pic shows close up, how beautifully it smoothed out. If I have any dislike, it's that the King size is actually more wide than a King. As 4th pic shows, the side that nobody sees except me, goes to the ground. One thing that I personally, didn't care for was the lack of color delineation between comforter and bed skirt. My remedy was to add a contrasting bullion trim, that I think, achieves perfection. 5th pic shows how nice the trim looks on two sides. And finally, 6th pic is the final view upon entering our gorgeous bedroom.I absolutely LOVE this set, and cannot believe what an AMAZING value, it is!P.S. I notice that photos are out of the order in which I placed them.

I read the reviews on this, good and bad, prior to purchasing. I must say I was a little concerned based on some of the comments; however, I made the decision to purchase it anyway knowing I could return it. When it arrived it was nicely packaged. Yes, I had to iron the bed skirt and did follow the advice and ironed the comforter once I had it on the bed. It turned out beautifully. I could not be more pleased with the color, the way it fits, as well as the quality. I think perhaps the packaging may have been changed since some of the reviews as it arrived packaged in the same manner as the bedding one would purchase at any store. The wrinkling is what I have experienced with all comforter sets, no more, no less. I was very pleased and it is a very beautiful set. I cannot comment on the quality above stating it seems to be nicely made. The stitching is well done and I have found no issues. Based on my experience and the fact that it is a lovely set I would highly recommend it.

A European sham had an eight inch rip in it that could easily be seen if it had beenQC'd. Disappointed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MANUFACTURER/SELLER!!

So I just opened the box with the bedding inside. I specifically ordered the gold because I wanted a very golden bed. Unfortunately, at first I thought they delivered the wrong color. After confirming via photos on website- the “gold” is actually “Aubrey”. The packaging does not say gold at all! So, if you are looking for gold in this set- there is none! The color is a nude brown with sheen. The accent colors are beige with very subtle hints of blue and pink. That being said, it is pretty but very wrinkled and flattened by the means of shipment. The materials are vacuumed sealed and everything is as flat as possible. I am trying to fluff out pillows and the bed skirt right now in the dryer but I am not confident in that. If I were to place on the bed now it would look very cheap, wrinkled, flat and poor quality- because of the vacuum seal. I think that is a definite mistake on the part of the seller.It has taken away from the beauty of the stitching.The comforter is about a half inch thick in fluff. So I would say it is on the minimal side of fluffiness. I will try to unflatten it in dryer also.In short- it does seem a nice bedding set but is ruined by shipment. And the color is entirely misleading.

Absolutely beautiful! Love the fabric , the color and the fit. Bedroom now looks stunning with this new bed set . Not sorry I purchased this .Michele Zito

Waited over 4 weeks to receive. Poor packaging. Came squashed into a box suitable for a twin size not queen. Liked the quality of fabric but be prepared for some surprises: it is a different blue colour than pictured; more of a dark grey blue which was disappointing and a powerful garment steamer will be needed to remove 'all' of the wrinkles. Deciding whether or not to keep. For these reasons, a three star only.
