It’s ok
A lot of the mysterious clues are kind of old fashion so my 8 year old didn’t understand the book very well. Cute idea though

I really wanted to like this book because of the "you solve it" aspect ...
The story drags on and on. I really wanted to like this book because of the "you solve it" aspect for young readers. However, it was a book that was really difficult to get through because of the SLOW story development that became so boring to me about two thirds of the way through. I was happy when it was over.

As an aspiring children's writer, I enjoy the Meg MacIntosh series. Imaginative story, enjoyable drawings and breezy writing. I look forward to other installments!

Great for boys!
My son works hard to help Meg solve her mysteries. The clues in the pictures help to keep him engaged from beginning to end.
