It is well made and does the job, though a 15 min timer would have been a quarter of the price of this 5 min timer (kind of annoying); but for its application, i don't want the circuit on for more than 5 min, and it will have various users, so this was the best practical option.

We use these timers on machines that heat up asphalt pavement. Usually it takes 5 minutes or less to do that process. In the rare event that it takes longer, you can accurately give it another minute or two accurately without burning the asphalt. These timers are simple, rugged and dependable. And economical. So much so we can replace them yearly if needed. On the other hand if you need exact seconds and minutes, a digital timer will be more accurate for your process.

I used 2 of these on two different projects. One project was a washer for sunflower microgreens. The other was converting a washing machine into an electric salad spinner. Both work perfectly.

It would be better if the wires installed from the back.

The description for this item said it was for a multi or single gang switch. It is only for a single gang switch.

This product does seem a little cheap but I don't think it would ever break or malfunction. The face plate is small enough that it won't hide scratches from previous switchplates. I bought one over six months ago for a bath-fan and I liked it so much I bought two more for my other bathrooms. It saves us a lot of power.

Intermatic timers are great. Easy to install in a work-box and last. I bought this one for a friend with a paint shaker to time how long it is on. Perfect.

use these as feed timer for cows , they break eventually due to environment(5-10 years of cow breath and washing twice daily) , but cheap and easy to replace works like a hot damn , also here in 3 days to a rural area , very happy so far , increments click along nicely when setting and time out correctly

Finally a mechanical timer that works.Cheaper big box timers always fail. This one is great.

The media could not be loaded.  Would be better if it had a reset feature. Once it's set you can't change your mind.
