I don't like to leave bad reviews or comments but I this time I feel it important. I had purchase these boots and they were ok.. They are comfortable for the most part and looked nice but yet not super expensive.   With that being said I purchased a second pair this year as a backup.  When I received them it was right after the holidays around Jan 20th or so and I was getting back to work and very busy.   They smelled when I opened the box . So I put them in my spare room and truly forgot about them.  When I went to put winter things away I remembered the boots!   I went and they did smelled not as strong but still they smelled.  I knew I would not be able to use them.  So I sent a message to the seller.  I explained what had happened and told them I did not want to return them, I just wanted an exchange.  I explained that I had not used them; they were brand new.  I let them know I had used the original pair I had purchased and because I was so busy I just simply forgot.  I was told no refund which I did not request but also NO EXCHANGE.   I was told it had been about 3 1/2 month; and kind of oh well that's your problem now.  I could understand if I was asking for a refund but no I simply wanted an exchange because the product they had sent was damaged and could not be used. They really smelled awful.  As I said in the beginning I do not like to leave a review like this but I do not want someone else who is super busy to be left on the losing end just throwing money away. So I repeat buyer beware...

First off, these boots are super cute, fit well and go with everything. I get tons of compliments on them! However, they are made of relatively cheap fabric that doesn't feel anything like suede and, upon close inspection, doesn't look like it either. I purchased the Cognac color. Some of the stitching and the zipper are black and don't match the fabric. Luckily it's not too noticable if you're not looking too close. These will be no good in the rain. These boots aren't horribly uncomfortable, but they provide zero arch support and the sole is quite thin. A good insole added in helps a lot! The toe box is a tiny bit short. It doesn't make them unbearable to wear, but I'm not going to be doing much walking around in them. These boots are definitely what you would call "fashion" boots. They are made to be cute, and they are! But if you're looking for something that will last a while longer and have more support, this isn't it.

I'm a true 8. All my shoes are 8s so these run 1/2 size smaller but they are so cute!!

These were advertised as size 7 and a half but I would guess (as there was no size marked ) that they were 3-4. It's so difficult to return to Amazon if you don't have a printer so put them in a charity bag. Very fed up!

Super cute! Je les ai achetées pour porter au travail car je marche beaucoup et à certains endroits il fait un peu froid. Elles sont parfaites pour porter avec jeans et donner un look d’enfer. Je les rachèterais sans hésiter. Excellent achat!

Very comfortable and fit true to size. Great for the price
