does it have an adhesive back to it so you can stick it to you pc case?

Yes it has sticky pads, was for my sons comp. wanted to add 2 extra fans and it’s been perfect so far. Hope this helps

Which of the headers have speed/rpm control & temperature monitors? was thinking of buying this for my mbo (b450 d3sh v2) which only has 2 fan headers

Only extends the amount of headers . So all fans connected will run same rpm
