Protein and calorie count is perfect
It's awesome that they're 17 grams of protein and only 190 calories! Many bars are a lot more calories with little protein. Overall, I think these are great. They aren't as 'fudgey' as I'd have liked but they could taste a lot worse considering that they're protein bars. I'm a post-op patient and will purchase more in the future.
