Success! After many nights of taking what seemed like forever to fall asleep and then only sleeping for a few hours, tried two of these last night and was asleep within an hour. These tablets have become a trusted aid for a good night's sleep. Very tasty. But I woke up after 4 hours of sleep with a headache. Figured just a coincidence, so tried again the next night. Headache again.Not for me I guess.

This product definitely helps get my daughter to sleep (which melatonin alone does not do)! I give it 30-45 minutes before bedtime. However, it does not help keep her to sleep. I end up giving her another tablet when she wakes between 1:00 and 3:00am, but she still does not stay asleep.

I felt the product kick in after 45 minutes. I felt relaxed and calm so I had high hopes. I fell asleep but woke up constantly during the night, worse than before. I actually feel this makes me more alert/awake. After two nights I will not be taking these again. Very disappointed.

So here's the lowdown on this product. I wanted to try it because it was natural and not addictive. First thing I liked about it is, because it's natural, there's no hangover the next day so, when you wake up you wake up. I take it and I fall asleep within 30 minutes. I take two as suggested. Before finding this product I was up every hour on the hour and would lay in bed for 5 hours waiting to go to sleep. Tired but not able to go to sleep. I did not want to be on an Rx drug because it's hard to get off of them and there are so many side effects. So far I have had no side effects. If after using this product for more than a couple of weeks I will revisit the site and if I have any change in opinion I will post it but I would gladly recommend this product to anyone who struggles to go to sleep and stay asleep. Those were my issues and they have both been resolved. No more tossing and turning flip-flopping around like a fish on the ground I go to sleep and pretty much stay asleep all night. Last of all ,before, I'd wake up needing to run to the restroom a minimum of six times a night. Since I started using this product, occasionally I might have to get up once a night, but for the most part I have not been getting up at all to use the restroom. I hope you all are blessed with the same good results I have gotten.
