I had this in my saved items for so long and I finally ordered it. It arrived today, my husband put it together, and oh my goodness, it's perfect. It goes so well in my house. It was delivered in 6 boxes and everything had to be put together, but it is actually good quality and so pretty. I would buy it again. Watch it because the price fluctuates often.

Actually the rating should be more like 4.8. The only thing that made this less than a five was that there were no pilot holes for the wood screws on the chair leg cross braces. Screwing into the wood would be a lot easier with pilot holes. I was able to screw them in but with wood you never know. Other than that it’s a great table and a very good value. The fit and finish are great. It is well engineered for ease of assembly and is very sturdy. It was well packed.I’m old, have arthritis and am lazy, so I spent several hours putting it together. Two young, strong, motivated people could probably assemble it all in an hour. I was able to assemble it by myself except for turning over the table after putting on the legs. The Mrs. had to help with that. The table is quite heavy due in part to the self storing leaf. That mechanism is quite substantial which is a good thing.There are allen wrenches included for the machine screws, but it might be well worth the money to invest in a small ratcheting socket wrench and allen head socket to make assembly easier and quicker. You’ll also need a number two phillips head screwdriver. Otherwise, they offer an in-home assembly and removal of packing materials for an extra charge. Like I said, it was well packed, there is a lot of packing material left over.Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would buy from East West again.
