I cannot recommend this supplier strongly enough. Nothing was too much trouble, they answered every email promptly and was helpful right through to ordering. To top it off, the cover arrived a month earlier than was estimated. It has transformed my old tired looking bed settee into something much lovier

These covers were expensive I wish I had bought new sofas which I did 2 months later coz there was no point of these. They could not remain place as soon as you sit down it’s like you are sitting on a throw it moves about corners come out. I ordered 3 pieces for a 2 seater and 2 pieces for a L shape sofa which is in 2 pieces but 1 piece did not fit at all emailed back and forth to the supplier who got me to remeasure so he could send the right size and to this day I have not received anything. To be honest save up and buy a sofa don’t waiste your money these are not worth it at all the stress of continuously fixing them to the sofa itself is annoying and if like me you get one that does not fit and you have 1 bare sofa while the others are covered.

This company provides excellent customer service and will communicate throughout the process whether it be during the sale or after sales. The items are exceptional quality and will transform your sofa and even change the look of the whole room. Excellent alternative solution is to buy these covers rather than having to buy a new sofa. I would 100% recommend company compared to others on Amazon selling the same product as I have tried afew similar products and unfortunately had to send them back due to the quality of material and fitting however this company was by far was the best product of its kind. Gorgeous velvet soft material and perfect fitting. 100% recommended.

Not easy to assemble on your own. But once put together looks really good and fabric is very soft. Maybe it would turn out easier to assemble if the packaging said which piece goes in which side?!

When purchasing this item and before the supplier sending it out, they made contact with me to ensure I had the right size etc. They have kept communications throughout. The material is lovely and I would highly recommend. However, the product isn't for me but we have kept communication throughout and they have been great to offer me a refund.

The order arrived earlier than expected but sadly the covers did not fit. I cannot fault the service and correspondence I received from the seller, they emailed me throughout the process and resolved the issue very quickly. The service was exceptional and I will certainly use them again.

I bought three pieces. One for a three seater couch and a couple pieces for our two single couch.However one single couch fits perfect and the second one doesn't. We have tried putting it on various ways but it doesn't sit right. The other two fit nicely.I have messaged the seller on Amazon two days ago, still awaiting response.
