The shade is beautiful, and has everything I needed in size, color, material and type. Looks more expensive. My only complaint is the packaging. It was in a nice big box by itself, that was intact. However, it only had one small strip of plastic air pillows inside. Sections of the shade were dented in, and cracked the inside lining. I pushed the dents out, and put clear Gorilla tape over the damaged areas inside. Fortunately, it doesn't show from the outside. It needs to be packed with padding inside and outside the shade.

Looks nice. Well finished and not cheap looking. Fits our small lamp that is about a foot tall. Be sure you have a harp as it only has a spider mount on top.

I selected one star because I had to in order to submit my review. This lampshade took a long time to arrive and came without any packaging in an undamaged box. It was dented on one side and when taken out of the plastic I could see that the join where the fabric comes together was held by glue that was coming unstuck. Very unsatisfactory, of poor quality and expensive for what it is. Find a better shade elsewhere!

It worked, but it is a little pricey for just a small lamp shade

Nice little lampshade, but arrived crumpled. I needed this small lampshade for a small lamp. The dimensions described in the listing were just right and reviews were mostly good, with some comments about crumpled product. It arrived today in an Amazon box. One section of the black Amazon tape holding the box closed was already cut open, the way I usually cut open with a box cutter, so I was concerned. The box itself was slightly crushed and dirty. The lampshade was in the box with only one puffy air pillow. No other cushioning, just a single small air pillow. The shade was moving around in the box. The top rim was crumpled. It looks more like it was already crumpled when plucked off the shelf and simply put in the box without product check or control. It was pretty obvious the rim was crumpled. You couldn’t miss it. I managed to gently press and smooth the crushed parts, and it looks a bit better but under certain lighting and when the light is on you can see the crumple lines. I have no complaints against the shade itself, which is a crisp white linen looking fabric, and thank goodness the manufacturer covered it with its own protective plastic skin which I will remove. But, hey, Amazon warehouse worker, can you please cast an eye over the products before putting it in the box? I am considering returning and ordering another but who knows how the new one will look.
