Not as advertised
Item arrived in a plastic bag, took 30 mins to un-knot the chain. The Clasp is not central (not adjustable) so necklace does not hang properly No Pandora authentication. Flatpack gift box supplied, very flimsy and stamped "Made in China" ??? All in all, the product was not as expected for Pandora, and not for the price I paid....maybe it would be OK as costume jewellery at half the price. Item returned immediately. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The packaging lets it down
The item is spot on. However I bought it as a gift. The chain was in nots. In a small plastic bag. The box was flat packed and the gift box was all creased. 😡

Beautiful Necklace for Yourself or as a Gift
This necklace is beautiful and looks even better in person. It has a simple, elegant design that goes well with many outfits. The quality feels great, and it's comfortable to wear all day. It also makes a thoughtful gift for a friend or loved one, but it's just as perfect for treating yourself. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.
