Success is intentional and deliberate. When reading this book, it felt like the author was holding my hand through my journey of success. Mr. Celestin is passionate about conveying the message of success and how to obtain it. In chapter 9, the section on "Be Confident in your Body Language", was a huge help to me. Professionally, I work with Judges and Attorneys and I a have often been told that my emotions are worn on my face. I had to learn how to say what I mean but do it without being mean. Even though I was not upset, my speech would come across aggressive. Reading this book really helped me to understand the importance of being intentional about my success. I used this as a guide as I was building my businesses and pursuing my life's goal. I have also used this book with my personally clients and the people I mentor. The book titled, ‘Hard Facts about Soft Skills’ is a powerful and dynamic book. I highly recommend the book as a must read for adolescents and young adults entering college or the workforce. The book allows its readers to apply critical thinking skills to decisions that will impact their adult lives. I plan to recommend this book as required reading for my clients. Many graduate High Schools, College, Postgraduate program and do not possess the "Soft Skills" needed to grow professionally successfully. This book is the last required class any students need to embark on their journey. It can be an excellent graduation gift, as well as a great resourceful book for personal/professional improvement.

Really enjoyed this book. It was very well written and got right to the point. “Soft skills” are a necessity in today’s world. Unfortunately, schools often underestimate the importance and the role that soft skills play. I’m glad to see a book that finally says what we have all been thinking/ feeling. This book can easily apply to a soon to be graduate, a professional, an employee or even a parent who wishes to pass on these vital skills to their children. These skills should be taught and integrated into schools curriculum!
