RULER MAGNIFYING CLEAR PLASTIC 12" Useful for hobby projects, such as scale modeling, model railroading, etc. Has inches on one side, with 1/16th-inch subdivisions. The other side is metric, with centimeters and millimeters. In the middle, there is a protruding section that is useful as a handle for careful positioning, and it also functions as a magnifier, especially useful for reading small print.

Just as good as any other magnifying ruler I've seen.
It's a shame that it doesn't give us more magnification, but then I think about it and realize that it's hard for it to do any better, because it can only magnify the height of the text, since the width is fixed to the width of the ruler.(In order to magnify both directions, magnification devices need to be moved away from the paper.)It will accomplish its purpose.I could probably have given it five stars, since its hard to imagine a ruler being any better at its magnifying.

INACCURATE DESCRIPTION
Description states that the ruler has inches, centimeters, and millimeters. Where are the millimeters? The ruler only has inches and centimeters. Waste of money!!
