My original headset snapped where the little piece that rests up against your head… it was stabbing me in the head and had no idea I could get a replacement! I was about to purchase another $600 headset and I’m SOOOO thankful I didn’t have to!

I love this head strap for the Plantronic headset system. The one I purchased didn't come with it and I don't' like using the earpiece. This fits my head well and allows me to talk comfortably all day if I need to be on calls and video calls.

Perfect replacement!

The ear cushion wasn’t as comfortable as the replacement cushion I had on the previous headband that this replaced. Easy enough solution as you can easily buy new cushions or reuse old ones if they’re not too worn.The band looks squashed, but it feels as you expect over the head. I say it’s plenty large enough for the average adult male head and adjustable enough for those smaller.I use this headset for work and can easily spend about 30+ hours a week actually on the phone. This has been my go to option since 2008 and I find it the most comfortable of all versus over the ear or in ear options.Heads up as it can get caught up in longer hair, and leave an imprint in shorter hair styles if you wear it to where it touches your scalp.Giving four out of five stars due to cushion and its _feel_ of quality.

i needed a headset for my plantronics wireless at work and this came with an extra ear cushion, it fits with the microphone and adjustable head set.

Started a new job and they gave me an ear piece. But that thing hurt my ear, and kept getting caught I. My hair and pulling it out when I had it tied back. This thing works great. Easy install and easy to use.

This item works with my headset I was given to use from my employer. It fits nicely to your head and adjusts easily.

Basically rebuilt my headset with this kit. Worked great.

This kit was purchased as a backup head band. The 25CAD value of having 2 foam ear pads with the band was the decision factor.For my SAVI unit, the ear piece was a little tight, the size is not perfect but does stretch enough to mount and stay in place -- on the original headband.The headband that came in this kit, while having the same quality and designed spring pad, the adjustment mechanism is inferior to the original. It is a smaller gauge band, but more importantly there are no sizing detents. The adjustment is a simple friction-based slide between the steel and the plastic.As long as you're ok with this, and acknowledge the slightly weaker band (won't hug your head as much + losing it's adjusted position/length easier)... then maybe you'll give it a higher rating.For me, I needed a replacement ear pad, and thought it would be convenient to have a second backup as well as a backup headband in case. It met the needs, I'm just pointing out how obviously not original it is.

The headset itself is a very thin metal and could be prone to metal fatigue more quickly than the OEM versions of the product. But the ear piece is really quite comfortable
