The pockets on the straps are a bit small, but they can hold the little energy gel packs. Overall, it is a really good backpack.

This is my first running vest, and I think it’s perfect. There are plenty of pockets to store the essentials. I haven’t used the water pack bc I usually just bring bottles. I also run with my dog and I’m able to pack her stuff as well. I love the pockets placed at the front, they give you a way access to essentials. The pack is very lightweight. The only downside is the pack bounces a little when I run, but it does not bother me. Overall the pack is comfortable I’ve used it on runs from 3 - 9 miles. In the pack I fit:1. 3-6 16 oz water bottles (depending how long the run is)2. Basic first aid kit3. Wallet4. Napkins5. Hand sanitizer6. Knife7. Phone8. Keys9. Dog poop bags

This pack is great for trail running. The issue is that the cross body straps do not tighten or adjust to secure firmly around my chest to keep pack from flopping while in motion. I also don't think the design of the hydration was thought through as the hose does not have a slot to pass through from within the pack. You have to leave the compartment slightly open at end to allow the hose through which means the pack isn't zipped completely.

The most comfortable and convenient backpack I have ever owned. Amazon sent it out right away, and I received it well before the date expected. It’s easy to wear and holds loads of stuff without being bulky.

Love this hydration pack! It has plenty of pockets for nutrition, extra bottles of water or handhelds, & a phone. The zipper compartment is a great spot for anything you want to keep secure ( keys, ID, insurance card, credit card, cash, etc.). The bladder holds 2 liters & is pretty easy to clean.I would make one change if I could, which is the material the front closure straps are made of. The straps are adjustable (which is great), but a little too stretchy & they tend to stretch out during longer runs/walks.

Well designed and can handle regular use. We use these weekly in-hour regular hiking activities.

I love that this pack has a lot storage and pockets for items you want to access without taking the pack off. I didn't get to use it for an actual run due to the bladder having a hole in it right out of the packaging. Some reviewers said it was too big, I thought that too but then realized the straps on the side can be adjusted! Im returning this one and hope the next one doesn't have the same issue
