Everything you need to get started in agility training. I bought this kit so I could help train and condition my son for Rugby and have used it at least 25 times since. I even started using it for my own workouts when I want to get outside and switch things up a bit. You cannot go wrong with this kit. The overall quality of everything in the kit is good, especially for the price. Anyone on here complaining is just nitpicking. I would definitely by this item again.

you can really get a mini workout in at home with theses . my kids all play with the ladder like a hop scotch . my older kids has been training off season for football using this package

Works as advertised. More durable than i have used in the past woth other trainers. Happy to have a set for miyself finally.

The items are cheaply made for sure, but it is a good product to start out with.
