SanDisk 2GB Ultra II SD Secure Digital Card (SDSDH-002G, Bulk Package)

I have an older Panasonic Lumix. Like many cameras bought 5 or 6 years ago, they are limited in their card memory capacity. This camera will only read SD cards up to 2GB in size and will not recognize larger.The original "high speed" SanDisk cards were ULTRA and then ULTRA II. The original ULTRA II's were rated at speeds of 10MB/second. SanDisk no longer makes these. The new cards are labeled just ULTRA and the speed is faster at 15MB/second (Class 4).Your experience may vary depending on your camera and it's abilities. As an example, my specific Lumix cannot benefit from a faster card and it will not recognize any of the SDHC type cards. It will only see 2GB or smaller cards. People also fail to realize that many cameras can be finicky with another brand though it is essentially the same thing.I received the new ULTRA labeled card rated at 15MB/second (Class 4). I would suggest you return any card you receive that is not the same as anything labeled ULTRA II is very old. Basically, since SanDisk no longer makes them, that means they have been sitting on store shelves for years or might even be refurbished junk that was repackaged as BULK.

For 9yr old Panasonic that can only take 2GB max. Ran the H2testw v1.4 testing and the two I got were 14.7 write & 16.7 read speeds, enough for the vintage video recording capabilities at 30fps. Glad I could still find something that works, as the camera does not get used as much anymore.

I bought it new but it came clearly used with other peoples photos STILL on it. In total there were 97 pictures on it clearly taken by whoever previously owned it. Thanks

Works well

Today is 1/20/2016. Not sure why I just saw this request for review. Bought it several years ago to use in my portable Garmin GPS. Does the job it's supposed to do.

An excellent buy. I have these and 4Gb size. These are rated at the same speed as the 4Gb which is 15/Mbs. These smaller 2Gb cards show the preview fast in my Nikon D90 faster and write to the card faster. So for me, I prefer the smaller faster cards for my photography. An easy purchase at a great price.

hard to find an ultra high speed SD care that's so small in memory size (2GB). My camera can only use 2GB or less so this fits the bill exactly.
