final fit and finish excellent value
went on 97 camry, made an easier install to slightly enlarge rod holes with small drill bit, just fingers and drill bit with silicone grease, not much, just a tiny bit and the "wiggle room" made the install easier, and yes, will have to remove door panel as there is a screw behind the panel to anchor the handle. just don't forget to slide the front plastic "hangers" on the back side into the slots in the metal door panel then slide back to line up screws. The bezel does snap loose from the main unit by gently levering the rounded tabs on the pivot pin of the handle and lock lever, then snap back on after door panel is in place. Found a 90-degree pick could access these easily once installed for removal if necessary and must be done to remove door panel. Overall excellent value and worked quie well, thanks!

Not perfect but does the job!
I have a 25-year old Camry that I am nursing along and though not a perfect replacement; this works when the orginal part had a cracked bezel and needed to be replaced. Installation is easy, if you follow the many available youtube videos. I recommend you watch as many as you can. Everyone has unique and valuable tips that can save you time, aggravation and avoid mistakes. The finish on the handle had a small blemish, it squeaks a little when I pull the handle and the lock button doesn't close all the way like the original otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Functionally, no complaints.

The media could not be loaded. Camry 2001 everything little by little is deteriorating. Luckily they sell quality parts like these handles. Easy to install great price. Highly recommend

They're okay
These work and the color match is good. However, they don't fit against the door panel as well as the OEM part, and the lock mechanism is too tight. The electric lock actuator struggles to move the lock mechanism, which may wear out the actuator prematurely.

Easy install
Replaced a broken handle in my daughter's 2000 Camry in about 20 minutes. The two rods fit in the mounting holes just perfectly. Feels very sturdy. I also have the right side handle when one of those eventually breaks.
