Live Aromatic and Edible Herb - Eucalyptus (4 Per Pack) - Assorted Varieties, Natural Air Purifier, 10" Tall by 3" Wide

I delayed this review in order to give a full and accurate review. Ordered March 28, 2024. They looked to be in ok condition when arrived. Some leaves were dry and had signs of distress. I immediately repotted them. Each planter had two plants so I potted a total of 8 plants. One died completely but overall the survival of 7 is pretty darn good for $25. The original leaves don't look very healthy (see pics) and I prun those off little by little as the new growth comes in. I would not recommend leaving them in the original soil. My little trees are looking great after only one month! I do fertilize, full sun and rain water has them growing like crazy. I'll give this purchase a 5.

The media could not be loaded. We have bought the same plant ( eucalyptus ) from the same company 2-4 different times. each time we bought it we did so thinking it was something we were doing wrong to the plant causing it to die off so quickly but upon reading the other reviews it seems that we are not the only people with this problem.. this time we get our delivery and not only do all 4 plants have deficiencies AND pest due to overwatering ( with one of the plants very visibly having eggs in the soil ) but are ALREADY dying off and we literally just opened the package 1 of the 4 plants is healthier than the others but is still sick nonetheless less, if you look close you can see spotting and some of the tips of the leaves are starting to rust away which usually is a clear sign of sickness due to bugs.

Highly recommend! I've ordered a total of 12 sage plants in two different shipments, and they all arrived early and in excellent condition. I planted the first eight plants a week and a half ago and they are thriving (see picture). As long as you plant them immediately, keep them watered, and protect them from freezing, you should except nice, healthy plants. I can't wait to see them flower this summer!

This product came in with two of the plants looking a little rough with their leaves being browned. My guess would be this is because of the cold. There was a heat pack in the box but the heat had run out by the time it got to me. I'm just glad I ran home on my lunch to see if the box was there and it was delivered when I was walking out the door. The 3 stars is because I'm disappointed the heat pack did not last as long as the delivery took.

Bought EucalyptusUpdate:So now, on 05/10/2021 and I after changing their soil, one of them survived.I stopped watering it as often as I used to,now small bouts of water every 2 weeksSo the plant is not sitting and soaking in H2O all the time, lol.No major growth yet,But it has not dried out, nor has it changed color,maybe 1-2 small new buds, but that is it.I feel joyful every time I pass it and see it.lolThe Lemon balm (not grass) is doing well, I planted it outside in a shady part of Houston, and it is so happy to be out there.I changed their soil after I saw them showing signs of drying out. They look better now.+*+*+*+*+It should be a fungus problem, I'm guessing?! They look better now.Still trying to see what else I can do, bc some leaves turn yellow on me :(.Below more details...So the first time I bought them (late 2018), they dried on me within weeks after arrival.I am trying to find out why -> mostly possibly fungus?The second time (purchased on 12/2020), I saw them drying out on me again, so I tried sprinkling some baking soda powder. Also, I think what might have helped this time was changing their soil with what I had at home.They stopped drying out a bit. I see yellowing of their leaves now, lol.I'm in Houston, where it is super humid; I wonder if they need specific weather and lighting to survive.Like last time they arrived healthily but doing better than last year, this time after the soil change.Trying to do things diff, and see maybe I can have these babies survive.I also received an extra free pot, which I think is Lemon balm :)Who doesn't like free stuff?But the lemongrass leaves are also starting to show brown spots on them and going yellow, so I'm thinking of putting some baking soda on its soil, or some anti fungi spray,... bc I tried to change the soil and I realized its tiny roots were hard to deal with and left it as is.If anyone has more info on how to care for these babies plz share.I love how they look.So unique they are.

All four eucalyptus babies made it to me safe and sound! I was worried they'd be in transit during a random spring freeze, but luckily they shipped later that day and arrived less than 24 hours later with the heat pack still warm. The rubber bands holding everything together did slip on a couple of the pots, but not enough to choke anything off. The soil was/is pretty moist, so I'll be repotting them as soon as I have time. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this order and if you're considering it, go for it!

3/4 plants arrived not just dead, but plants were rotting above soil. Only one survived. Very expensive catnip at that rate. Lol
