OEM quality. Easy Install even for a beginner

After months of struggling to get the hatch open, this part has completely fixed the problem and was easy to install. Our Escape had 247k miles at the time of replacement, so hopefully I won't need to replace that part again!

I connected the lock to test it before mounting it to the door.HOWEVER, the cables on Ford Escape are too short, and you can't install the lock with cables already connected.Why is that a problem? It uses a large, tight plastic connector, and on the new device, it's a real pain to disconnect it again so it's easier to put it in place before connecting the lock.Other than that, it was a perfect, fast, and cheap fix for the rear liftgate door problem. Hopefully, it'll last a while.

Fácil de poner funciono perfecto tenía mis dudas pero la recomiendo ampliamente.
