Shocked and amazed that this got a single good review, let alone a number of them. Not only is this pamphlet disguised as a book useless, but all of the templates, which I thought I was purchasing, are listed on a website that doesn't exist. This 'book' is absolutely worthless...you can find the scant information found here in a five-second Google search. Don't waste your time and money on this.
