It is a 12 year stamp. It is not good from 2017 though 2028

What is the earliest year on this stamp?

The earliest is 2017 and it goes up to 2028. I have an old one you can have that starts at 2006 if you need something earlier.

Works well, very consistent inking

My daughter uses this for her honors biology notes that need a date on every page. Once she brought it to school, the hlwhole class begged to use it. It gets a work out and it holding up well. The price was great and it's pretty small, so great to have in a backpack.
