I have used ZeroLemon’s Battery cases before, and will continue to use them on future phonesPower-wise, this case performed better than expected. I also liked the added features with this case compared to other similar cases. Features like Wireless Charging and Fast Charging.With my phone and the case both at 0%, using the Samsung Fast Charger that came with the phone, the case and phone both charged relatively quickly, I didn’t time it to get an exact length of time, but I can say they both were Fully charged in less than an hour.Other general features that are useful for this case include its “On The Go” functions like the ability to use Android Auto and Samsung Dex while still leaving the case on. Both these features worked as expected and I didn’t experience any issues at all. One thing to mention though, is the need of a “USB-C to HMDI” dongle which is obviously a separate buy, but luckily I already had one that I use when I go on vacations.There is USB-C Headphone support that also worked perfectly fine, but I’m more of a Bluetooth headphone user at this point. I always bring a power-bank/charging case when I go on a plane, so I could see USB-C Headphone support being useful, if you are asked to not use any Bluetooth connections while flying.As a general battery phone case, I would consider it average. It does what it’s made to do.As far as looks go, it’s pretty plain looking and very bulky; but obviously that is to be expected for this type of case.Here is a summed up list of my Pros and Cons for this case.Pros:Wireless Charging support.Doubles the phones original battery time.Android-Auto, Samsung Dex, and Computer File Transfer supportDecent PricePhones speakers were not affected by the caseCons:The case is very bulkyThe case gets a little hot which is kind of uncomfortable when you have your phone in your pocketThe Note20s S-Pen is difficult to get outThe case is not screen protector friendlyVery little drop protection. I could easily see the screen cracking if it drops during daily use.In conclusion,For the most part I do really like this case. It does exactly what it’s made to do and a little more.ZeroLemon in general has very reliable products and great customer service.I gave a 4 star rating solely for the fact that I would not feel comfortable having the case on for every-day use. I’m too clumsy and my screen would definitely end up cracked.Had the case come with more rugged protection like the Larger Capacity Note20 Battery Case ZeroLemon offers, I would have given 5 stars.With all that in mind, I would still classify this battery case as a BUY!!!! Like I said ZeroLemon does make quality products, and I would definitely be using this case in situations where I know I wouldn’t have power outlet access.

I have been using Zerolemon accessories for all of my Samsung phones since my Galaxy S4 and Note 10+. This Note 20 battery case is of the same high quality production as the previous cases.The case fits snugly onto the phone, and the buttons all have individual spaces molded onto the case to accommodate them. The extra power (5000mAh) is perfect for the days that the phone's own battery is not enough to last the day but I'm outside where it's hard to find a place to charge.Once the case is fitted, the phone is thicker. this is a positive for me as it makes the phone easier to grasp in the hands, and I use a holster from NiteIze to hold the phone in the case on my belt for daily use.Overall, highly recommended, and this makes the Note 20 much more useful for days that requires a long lasting phone between charging.

As a previous owner of a ZeroLemon case for my Galaxy S7 I knew this case would not disappoint. Waat amazed me the most was how lightweight it was. I am still able to attach my phone with the ZeroLemon case to my car mount cellphone holder (see picture) without touching the dashboard of my car. This is a huge plus. It feels great in the hand and inside my jean pocket.The soft yet durable case has protected my phone from accidental drops and still works after doing so.I am a power user and wanted to test the limits of the case. I got my phone down to 5% battery and then proceeded to charge my phone with the case. The case brought the phone back to 80%. I think it could be more but I was using my phone while it was charging. Very impressed!!With the quality and the battery life taken into account, I would highly recommend this case to protect your phone and keep it going!

I like the battery life but i HATE that it affects the quality of my phone calls. People complain I sound muffled and hard to hear when battery pack is on. Without it, everything sounds fine. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem.

I will preface this review by saying that the customer service team was decent, but my issues (which i am told is unique when they looked at images)My Issues:1. Did not fully fit my phone, the phone fit in but 1 area the rubber refused to lie flat.2. Did not allow pass through, which was honestly the main reason i choose this case.

This case fits perfect. The case is acting weird when I try to charge the phone using the cable. It won't charge unless I plug in the wire 1 way and not the other direction. USBc shouldn't matter. Then the battery takes a few times of turning it on and off a few times for it to actually stay on a charge. Pretty disappointed.

I love this phone case. Fits perfect on my note 20 and I never run out of battery through out the day now! I have purchased a few different kinds of cases and this one is my favorite.

I'm on my phone all day and this thing makes sure I'm always charged. It's not too bulky and still fits in my back pocket with ease. I would definitely recommend this!
