What a great product and thank you to the 'Ideas for Life Store', they eased my mind at the quality and safety of this before I brought it. Its a very safe and sturdy product, easy to assemble for 1 person and the instructions are easy to follow. Everything was well packed with not to much left over packaging to throw out. Took me just over an hour to put together, used my own tools (drill) which sped it up a bit.Now my toddler keeps shouting 'playground' down the stairs, along with his little squeals of delight, should tire him out :D.Thanks again Ideas for Life Store for fantastic customer service and product!!!!

The slide is not as sturdy as I like but the kids love it!!!

We just purchased this item so I will come back in a few months and see how it has held up. But, as of now we absolutely love it. For the price, it is a very good product. It is steady and easy to put together. Delivery was quick and the parts were not damaged.

Update: I’m editing my review based on my customer service experience. I sent over pictures of my damages and the company or seller refunded my money right away as soon as they received my photos. If I did not have the damages I may have kept the bed. But unfortunately for my active toddler. I just did not feel the bed was sturdy enough to keep. But please consider that this is my Experience. It seems other buyers have had a better experience than I have. I give customer service an A+ thank you!!Terrible!! First off it took over a month to receive. Second, the product came in damaged. The slide is cracked on both sides which can’t be used now. Such a big feature of the bed. Pieces of the bed are broken off right as I opened the box. Quality is so cheap. I mean you get what you pay for. Not enough bottom planks to support an active toddler let alone a mattress. Difficult to assemble, took me 4 hours. Not sturdy at all. Screw the value I’d rather pay $400 more for a bed that will last and not arrive in pieces. Hoping I get my money back.

Got this for our 5 year old and he loves it. The size is a little short for him (not much of a slide since he’s about as tall as the slide is long) but I didn’t want a super high bed. He still loves the slide and uses it for playing with cars and toys too!! It’s been perfect and held up beautifully

I like the bed it looks really nice however, some paint chipping already and it’s a bit wobbly. My 3 year old son loves it. My husband said not all pieces were labeled so that was a pain. Took about 2 hours to assemble it himself. The price is what made me buy it. For now it works. No regrets still saved money. Will only be using it a few years anyway

Some of the drilled holes were too small for the screws that were called for. It was difficult to assemble.

Unfortunately my son likes the bed. The most sturdy part of the bed seems to be the slide. The entire bed just seems flimsy. While putting it together (halfway thru) I noticed some chipped parts. I continued to put it up. Bad idea. When it came to the last part of putting in planks. I saw one of the planks split. Aside from that there were a lot of issues with holes not predrilled. This whole bed has been a waste of money and time. I’m currently awaiting for the seller to contact me to see how we can resolve this. I honestly want my money back and want to through these bed in the garbage. Value for money. You get what you paid for. I will not go cheap again.
