WinZoWZ5080 Elongated Dual Flush One Piece Toilet Low Profile 17.25" Comfortable Chair Height with Soft Closing Seat White

I purchased this toilet because I wanted the look...and I was not wrong. I love the fact that it sits low and yet the seat is higher and more comfortable than most. My plumber was most impressed with its ease of installation and the quality of the toilet. It is very applicable to any space or design. The soft-touch lid is an added attraction. I must add that I had questions from the Company. Their Customer Service is amazing. I highly recommend this toilet and cannot believe how incredibly reasonable the price is for the product. Love It!!!

Toilet looks nice but the flush is weak - the way the water is flushed it doesn’t flush the toilet paper if it’s not completely submerged in the water

Don't let the "easy to install" fool you. One needs very tiny hands to install to get the screws. The person who installed mine actually got his hand stuck. For a moment, we thought the toilet was going to have to be broken. The design is nice but the side holes could be larger for easier installation. Hopefully I will not be the one who has to take it out.Have been using for 2 months other than the difficult installation, the slow closing lid now sound like a door out of "The Munsters" and it is not a quiet creek and squeak. This started about 3 weeks after using. We laugh, we can tell when someone has used the toilet.

The toilet was fairly easy to install. I did it myself with some visual guidance from my wife while lowering it over the anchor bolts. It is working fine and we do like it.It would be good to have instructions for the seat installation. I figured it out after a couple of tries but after I got the toilet installed found the seat was not tight, so it moves some. No biggie. I also had to figure out which way to position the dual flush as again no instructions.Cleaning is easy with exception of behind the seat. Tight space but can be accessed by dragging a rag behind the seat anchors.But it is working great, looks great and we like it.

Better than expected

The design of this thing is all wrong. Looks amazing in pictures. But there's a reason there is an American standard for American toilets. The access holes are all the way at the bottom on the sides. And if your forearms are any larger than an 8 year old girls your not going to be able to access the hardware to change the seat other than by pulling the toilet back up off of the floor. And you WILL need to change the seat because this is THE most uncomfortable toilet seat I have ever sat on. We are a family of 3 and we all agree. And if you do buy and elongated seat replacement it will not fit the shape of the bowl. This thing is almost a rectangle,not an oval like 99.9% of all elongated seats I've ever seen. This is the .1%. To sum up. The toilet looks great. Seat height is great. Flushes great. Uses minimal amount of a powerful jet of water. Comfort I would rate this thing a 0. Upgrading I would rate a 0. We have just decided to buy a different toilet.
