Men's T0264201105101 Sea-Touch Watch

So I decided to scrap my budget after my first "Amazon fulfilled" watch buy did not go well. I figured it must have been a quality issue due to the price point I was looking at. Simple correction to that is to increase my price point, considerably in this case.The Tissot Sea-Touch seemed like the perfect fit for me. And Amazon's price was the best I was able to find. Now I know why.The watch arrived loose inside the box with all of the protective plastics obviously having been removed and then reapplied. Not a huge problem I told myself as I continued to examine the watch. The watch is tough and did not otwardly appear damgaged and a quick polish would take care of the minor scuffing it incurred being bumped around inside the box.I began to play with some of the functions of the watch and noticed that many of them were not working. Hmm.... the low battery indicator is on. Ummm.... didn't I buy a brand new watch?So to the instruciton booklet I went to verify that the indicator I saw on the LCD was indeed a low battery indicator. Oh wait... the booklet is not even for this watch. Are you kidding me?!?!?At this point I am sure this was previously returned and recycled into Amazon's inventory. When I confronted Amazon via their chat tool, their solution? Send the watch back for a refund or replacement. Oh but it has to be insured, with tracking and that is an upfront cost I have to carry. Amazon cannot supply a UPS call tag that includes the tracking AND insurance? This just adds insult to injury.I was going to have the watch replaced, but after the continual failures by Amazon I felt that I would be better served by taking my business elsewhere. So I retruned the watch for a refund which as of this writing I have still not recived.

I was expecting new watch! I received used/refurbished... With dings and dents all over the way Just be onest with customers and describe product properly. Watch was missing special red sticker in the back which shows that the watch was probbobly opened previously (some scretches neat screws)... I'm tottlay frustarted
