Assuming all the science is correct and these do what they should (they’ve got me through a few half Ironman events) they actually taste really nice which is a bonus. Consistency is perfect for me I use them a lot for running and have no digestion problems

Woke me up during training and great size.
Helped when needed at training, though the flavour was more like lemonade. I like lemonade :). Non gloopy and none left in throat, so I didnt need a drink to wash down.
