The product quality is exactly same as shown.

Dried twigs that split
There is nothing here but twigs - I know that is what I bought, but the twigs are dry and even though I am using them for the first time; I realize that had these twigs been freshly broken with care from a live green branch they would be more beneficial - being dry they just split when chewed (we have to chew them to soften and form bristles) and pinch the lips.

Hard n dried up - seems like a ripoff
Literally dried, hard and with almost no neem juices. I even soaked them overnight in water. Deeply disappointed. What did I expect, do I hear you say?
