Desktop for Mac 2021 Accounting Software for Small Business with Shortcut Guide [Mac Disc]

If you are moving from PC or you share company files with your accountant or others using PC DO NOT BUY THIS!Intuit will tell you if you do a special export you can transfer a file but that is not a working model in my opinion. All your backups on a PC are completely unreadable. To share your file with others you MUST export it in PC format. Then to get it back they MUST export it in MAC format. Can you imagine having to export a Word doc to move it between a PC and MAC. This is totally ludicrous for such an expensive piece of software that your business totally relies on. Shame on you Intuit!And like others said, tech support is no help. When you submit a request it automatically goes to the PC support group. Then they tell you you have to talk to the MAC support group and you start all over. If you are running a small business you don't have time for this.If Intuit are not going to properly support MAC then don't pretend you do, don't charge $400 for a non-functional piece of software and don't waste the precious time of small business owners.

$400 for a few new features that have long ago been in the PC version.I've been using QuickBooks for Mac since the early 2000s. I'm tried to paying a high upgrade fee each year for a handful of new features that have long been part of the PC version.

This has VERY POOR tec support. Couldn’t register so I was shut out after 15 tries. Spend the $400 on an accountant and sleep at night!

I moved to a M1 mac and so i was unable to run windows via parallel so i purchased the Mac version after being on the PC desktop version for 18 years. I was so nervous everything would not transfer over but all of it EXCEPT the designer layouts for my estimates / invoices / PO's etc... but i knew that going in. Here's my take:Pros:-Flawless transfer from 2015 desktop pro (windows)-Incredibly stable on my M1 mac (more stable than any of the PC versions i've owned)-It just works-NO subscription--about 90% of what the PC version has (just missing a few items)Cons:-Pricing is a bit high-Tech support is a joke (as others here have mentioned)-as stated above missing a few features from the desktop version

Downloaded this product and could not use without crashing. After spending several hours on the phone with tech support I was told that Quickbooks 2021 is not yet compatible with Big Sur Operating System, and that the software developers are still working on the problem. I find this difficult to believe but this is what I was told by QuickBooks Support. In the meantime I am out the cost of the software and have no accounting software.

Lots of flash but if you need help, good luck finding the right person, they are a few good people that will try, BUT the rest are not trained in the particular subject you need help with. Be prepared to not only spend way too long on the phone waiting and KNOW that you will need to call back on the same thing that isn'r working next week! just sayin'Do I hear CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT????

WTF the reviews all say it sucks yet shows avg 3 stars .. data not correct.. they are forcing us online for $500 /year and my accountant says online sucks compared to desktop.. Thanks Intuit.. All that revenue and not equalling a better easier product .. welcome to 2021
