Mr. Gasket1480 Easy-Flow Air Cleaner

it is shaped very similar to the factory supplied chrome Ford "K" code "HIPO" 271hp motor air cleaner on early mustangs and Shelby's so it looks "right?" on my 65 stang(LOL, now I need a sticker for it that says "NOT a HIPO" for my car)comes with a el-cheapo $.01 stamped steel wing nut (definitely will get replaced)it does clear all on my 600cfm Edelbrock carb,

A bit pricey for what it is. Thin gauge sheet metal stamped and plated and will probably pit and/or rust in a few years. The mounting hole was a little larger than 5-1/8" making a sloppy fit on the Spectre 4953 adapter which was sized quite well. Sloppy enough that I could see a leaky gap when fitted on. I closed the diameter by laying the bottom piece upside down on a flat surface and tapped around the raised lip with a ball peen hammer while sighing from the side. It actually came out fitting perfectly. Not a big deal for me but may be for others. It did the job and looks nice for now will as long as the chrome holds up.

This fits well on my 83 Mustang GT. I was concerned with hood clearance, but it fits well

Cheap enough and works but it needs an adapter for my f-150. Didn’t mention that the n what I read...

Great for the price. It is thin to allow for hood clearence

Needed for a old truck and was faster than the parts store could get it. Package was torn and taped with several holes punched through it. The holes led to a bunch of dents smashed into the top of the nice shiny chrome. Total loss on the looks department. Works good and got the old girl running but gonna have to find another air cleaner among other things before will be proud to lift the hood.

Great air cleaner . Increases filter size from stock filter . Fits Rochester QJet nicely .
