Looking at my cup right now, I dont see where it states that on the cup itself, but that doesn't necessarily mean it isn't. I dont have the box or the little paper that came with the cup anymore either. I'm sorry I'm not much help here.

It comes in the pink box but it is a fake. The name is not on the bottom and it is very thin compared to the real deal
