Michael Miller Mid-Century Modern Atomic Turquoise, Fabric by the Yard

A beautiful, quality fabric with a nice heft, bright colors that are a dead on match with the picture posted. I made my daughter a skirt and wanted to keep it for myself! Love the retro look. Now contemplating what else I can make with this fabric...An aside: All my local fabric stores have closed. I appreciate the ability to return fabric at no cost to Fabric.com. I found it difficult to buy fabric online. I like to be able to hold it in my hands, feel the weight and see the drape. But I'm adjusting and am happy to have found Fabric.com.

I purchased this fabric to make a cinch backpack. I love the colors and the retro design. It reminded me of Sputnik from the 1960's. I happen to have coral and turquoise accents in my sewing room so I think I'll purchase more of this fun fabric to make a cover for my sewing machine.

This is a modification of Michael Miller's sassy cats fabric line. The background is sassy cats. It has a strong retro vibe. I hope that Michael Miller would have a sage background with cream, black, and mustard yellow rounds.There are only 4 colors: turquoise, black, white, and orange red. It's a striking design that is on a large scale. If you would use it as quilting block focal, it needs to be 5x5 or larger.The print design is not really directional. Using small scraps or long slim stripes would be just as interesting and pretty.

I have a few projects in mind for this classic patterned fabric. I can't wait to get started!

Good fabric , bought for 1950’s trailer feels nice unlike others

My favorite fabric! Really nice quality and colors are rich. Had a window valance made for my mid century home and my seamstress even commented on quality and design. Perfect mid century print, would definitely recommend. Will be ordering more in the future!

Wanted an MCM style pattern for a mask. This pattern has been popular with my friends and family.The fabric took several weeks to arrive, but it's of good quality and worth the wait.

I love the fabric print & had my seamstress just fold it over in half, then sew all 3 sides shut to create a cafe curtain for our master bath. It makes me smile every time I see it!
