How do you remove this bay from a dell tower? It seems permanently fit.

Hi. There are locking mechanisms accessed by removing the tower side cover. Best to go to the Dell site, type in the model, go to manuals, or videos of how this is accomplished. Hope this helps.

How do you take the m2 ssd adaptor module out of the computer?

If you are asking about the ssd carrier the handle is push to release then pull. If you are atalking about the whole bay itself, there is a hole near one edge and you stick a large paper-clip or something similar into it when the little carrier module is out to release the bay locking mechanism. Then you use your fingers in the small drive slot to pull the outer module out. It is a little like on some DVD drives that have a small hole to manually release the disc.

Any suggestion from which nvme ssd (amazon product link) will be compatible to this flexbay? thanks
