Q: I’m reading the reviews and I’m seeing several that have stated the chairs arrive damaged and that they unravel quickly. Can I return if that happens

If you are withing the time frame for returns you can, otherwise, no. My chairs are great. They are solid and well made. Very sturdy. I have a fat friend who barely fits in the chair and it hasn't broke yet. You need seat cushions though. There is a little ridge on the edge of the seat and it can get uncomfortable if you sit too long or on the chair wrong. This isn't something that is a deal breaker thought. They really are very nice chairs.

Q: If they arrived damaged or or unravel quickly can I exchange them or get a refund ?

That I Don’t know. Mine have been in the weather for over 10 months. Stacked, used and restacked several times and no Issues with unraveling
