Sturdy and easy to assemble
The board and stand are. Rey easy to assemble, daily lightweight, and very attractive. The chess pieces themselves are just fine too. I have had several people say they would love to rock and play! A good value. I would purchase again, and willingly gift this set.

Easy to put together and solid
I have always wanted a chess/game table. This is a perfect size and style. Easy to put together and multifunctional. Even our cat loves it!

Nice and easy to set up
Nice set. Pieces have a good weight to them. It was easy to put together. A little bit challenging to remove the top to store the pieces. Purchased for beginner chess players and they like it. Small chip on the backgammon side, but we probably won't use that side much so although disappointing it isn't a big deal.

Looks elegant
My husband loves this chess set. He leaves it set up, the grandkids come and they play and have so much fun. Some of our great grandkids know how to play and he can hardly wait for them to come and challenge him. My husband is in his 80's and is thankful to have a game that helps him interact with his grandkidsIt is easy to flip it over and play backgammon which is the game I enjoy the most.
