I am really pleased with the Cobker aluminum laptop stand. I assembled the stand in a few minutes with the screws and Allen wrench, which are included. The stand is very sturdy, priced well and elevates my laptop to a level which provides optimal airflow (and minimizes/ eliminates possible overheating of the laptop fan) and better visibility of the keyboard when typing. In my opinion, this laptop stand is well worth the investment!

I love using my laptop, in my lap. I love to sit crosslegged or with my feet reclined in front of me while I work. But it's not the most ergonomic position no matter how many pillows I use. So I went looking for a laptop lift and this does the trick! It sits perfectly on my little laptop desk that sits in my lap. It's super lightweight and easy to assemble, and it easily fits my laptop. The edges don't stick out and bump against my wrists. And it has rubber coating so it never slips around, and the rubber is a sturdy coating so it won't rub off or wear down easily, as far as I can tell. Most importantly, the lift it provides is making a big difference in helping me sit more ergonomically while I use my laptop. My back is happier!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.... sold piece of material and most easy to assemble.....once assembled this serves as a most sturdy laptop stand that give m y laptop just the right tilt angle , especially when using the camera on the laptop.....I purchased this to replace the conventional plastic laptop stand....this is easily lightyears more sturdy....I expect it to give me years of use.....

The laptop stand was is easy to assemble. It comes with an allen wrench and 6 screws - two extra. The nonslip edges will protect the laptop's surface and hopefully keep it in place. The angle the stand creates for the keyboard feels comfortable while typing. Hopefully the edge of the stand arm will not poke through the nonstick cover with time. The stand arm edge is currently flush with the laptop's front edge. I will add another star to this review in the future if the nonslip covers remain intact over time and use, and if this laptop stand helps keep the laptop from overheating.

When I ordered it, I thought it was a laptop desk, but it is only a tilt stand to use on a laptop desk or a regular desk or table. Its purpose is only to tilt your laptop. It is very sturdy and has rubber on it in appropriate places to prevent your computer from sliding on the stand and the whole setup sliding on the desk. Very easy to assemble

I have a plexiglass cover over my laptop keyboard (so my cat doesn't walk on it). The plexiglass cover is actually a monitor shelf and it sits 3 inches above the desk. If the laptop is under the shelf, the shelf obscures the lower section of the monitor. I propped the laptop up using some notebooks, but there was very little air circulation and the laptop was getting hot.This stand is the perfect height. It fits perfectly under the shelf so my keyboard is still protected from roaming cats, but the stand keeps it up so air can flow underneath. It also makes my office look nicer because my computer is not sitting on a pile of notebooks.The stand was very easy to assemble. My laptop is 12" wide and around 9" deep. It fits with no problem.
