I was having a big problem falling asleep at night. My doctor suggested trying a melatonin supplement to help this issue. I ordered this supplement by Carefast as a starting point. It started helping the first night I took. Now, I have no problem falling asleep. All I can say is that it works for me, and I highly recommend it.

Product is potent. Side effects are for me it stimulated my kidneys to pass more urine causing me to have to get up in the night. I did not take it for sleeping as Dr Gudry and Dr Berg tout it for promoting fat burning while you sleep Ketosis on their keto diets. Anything that helps you burn your fat while you sleep is a good thing.Fabulous Dr Gudry's "Unlocking the Keto Code" new book diet. Lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks and because I am in ketosis instead of my body being hungry for food it is eating my fat for food making my appetite nearly non- existent.

Take one for a full nights sleep. Take one with a shot of NyQuil if you wanna sleep all night and have the afternoon the next day.

Argh. My fav melatonin isn’t available anymore (BestVite 60mg) so I got this as a substitute. Yes, I’m probably more sensitive than most people to magnesium. But remember that magnesium will draw liquid from the bloodstream and put it in your gut, that’s why it’s given as both a constipation cure and diuretic. How can anyone SLEEP with the RUNS? What a ridiculous idea. The zinc is to counteract that effect btw, but it’s not enough for me. $44 into the TOILET literally.

Nog strong enough

I have cancer and am using this as a part of my protocol. I take two capsules at bedtime and have had no issues. I wake up refreshed and energized for the new day.
