Spicer 46470 Oil Seal

Good quality part, perfect fit. I just used some long extensions and a big socket to remover the old ones and tap in these new ones. So far so good.

can't go wrong with O.E.M. products. Do yourself a favor and buy the install tool if you're working with a dana 30 or 44. makes installation of these seals much easier.

Installed in 1999 Jeep Cherokee xj from Dana 30 axle. Good quality seal looks exactly like original. Use a 36mm socket and a bunch of extensions to hammer the old seal out and new one in. If you double check the backlash it should be around 8 thousandths, at least mine was before removing and the same after re install of carrier. Easy job except for getting the carrier our I had to use a crow bar to pry it out, there are some YouTube videos to help with that.

Fit 1993 Dana 30 perfectly & stopped my leaky axles, make sure you have a 36mm axle socket & a long pipe or extension to punch them in when replacing them

Perfect fit. With a little elbow grease you can get these in place and feel confident that they’ll do their job. I was replacing ball joints and figured the seals needed replaced while I had the shafts out. I trust spicer products, and these seals have never let me down!

Looks good. Haven't installed it yet. Probably me just being ignorant but I expected this to be a two pack. This package includes one seal. If your going to the trouble to take everything apart to replace one you may as well order two of these. I'm waiting for my second one now.

While changing the brakes, saw oil leaking from the diff, so I figured it was this seal. Amazon delivered it rather quickly, before I was ready for it! But then it turns out one of the bearings was worn, which caused the leak to begin with. So I'm still working on the Wrangler, fighting with the bearings and shims. But I have the seals and lube lockers from Amazon.
