how many sheets of paper can fit between the stamp?

To be honest we only stamp 1 sheet at a time. If stamp sheets of paper I wouldn't stamp anything thicker than a time card.

Does this have daylight savings time?

Can I reorder blank time cards? Preferably the same ones that the time clock came with. If not available, what other time card works with this clock?

How loud is this machine? Our current one is very noisy and we are looking for one that is quieter.

In my opinion, it's not too loud, much quieter than the Lathem time clock machine.
