Love it. Works great. It is a great solution for at home pulley exercises.I was uncomfortable with tricep barbell exercises and was shopping around for some sort of pulley stack machine. Most of them need to be attached to a rack and it got pricey quickly. This was the answer.You can get used weights for about $2 a pound and retail for $3.

Perfect for home gym. Placed in dormer window area, used a screw hook in stud/joist. Works great and holds the weight. Due to height of ceiling the cable was a little short but I used the strap that was included. Would recommend

Pulley system works great when attached to a squat rack. Tough for biceps/pulling workouts but great for triceps.

You can’t really attach this to a normal height ceiling. It works well but I installed it in my garage and the plate doesn’t even hit the ground, which makes changing the weight difficult

This item was priced just right. The pulley that is included is very smooth and this works wonderfully for a quarantine gym setup.
