Perfect.
Sturdy, seems well built, zero complaints. Happy Camper Here. Took a couple seconds to figure out the inflation, literally seconds. Push down on the soft side opposite the hole to hold the hole in position so can put the pump nozzle in. Once pump nozzle is firmly in the hole, can let go of the soft side. Keep unit in an somewhat upright position to pump up. When at desired inflation anywhere below max (21 cm I seem to recall), remove pump nozzle and put in plug quickly. Brand-name BOSU ball at the gym is not quite as tense as my inflation of this one, but the gym's may also be old. If I had it to do over, I would make a duct tape sling with a hole in the middle to put the plug through so it would be easier to remove. Now that it is in, there is no included removal tool, but I'm guessing my snub-nosed pliars would work (haven't tried).

Better than expected
This was easy to inflate, though other reviewers were correct in that the pump is garbage. I was still able to use it without a problem to inflate the half-ball. All of the parts were there for mine. I was actually very impressed with the sturdiness of this item. I was worried that for the lower price, it may be of low quality. But it is as good, if not better, than the ones at the gym and the PT clinic. I like the fact that most of the ball is textured for better grip. I would highly recommend.

This is a quality product, as is all the Yes4all exercise equipment .
I love how stable, durable, and fun it is. It’s also very “grippy”. I never slip or stumble. Yes4all is my favorite brand for all exercise equipment and the balance ball did not disappoint!

Take your time getting used to it - don't start too hot and heavy
This exercise half-ball works really well for balancing exercises for people going through PT exercises to strengthen small muscles in feet, ankles, even wrists and hands, if you lean on it for planks and such. Seems good and sturdy, and it is nice that it can be sort of "on edge" off at the side of a room when not being used. Do take your time and start slowly, and give yourself time to test your balance first with the shoes you will be using. I always have to use it with shoes, because I have structural and strength challenges in my feet and ankles, but my husband uses it in socks or bare feet as an extra challenge to his balance yoga poses.

Inflating is the issue
1) I was ready to return this within 15 minutes, due to the crappy pump and crappy instructions, but keep reading. The instructions include 4 pics that are difficult to see and more difficult to discern without any text. On the Amazon page there is a link to a User Manual with at least a minimal amount of text instructions. That’s not even the problem. It’s the overly difficult to figure out pump. Then I saw another review from another customer that used his compressor, which I don’t have, but it gave me an idea. I pulled out this easy to use pump (see my photo) that came with an exercise ball. It worked perfectly and there was nothing to put together. I honestly don’t know why they have to try to make it so difficult. 2) There was nothing included in my package to remove the plug, and it’s deep down inside a hole, so you can’t just use a fork-like tool to pop it out. I had under-inflated the first time and had to use pliers to remove the plug, but that was easy enough. 3) Otherwise seems like a good purchase, but i can’t comment on longevity. Hope this helps!

My Bosu Ball Came with A Pump!
I like that it came well packaged, unused, and had a real pump that worked fine. So glad I was able to find something cheaper then the 159 dollar one at Target or other stores.

Good Balance Ball, pump is a joke
The ball seems sturdy, pretty well built. These comments are for the manufacturer. Improve your packaging. The box was beat up when it arrived. This is a heavy product, use some stronger corners inside your box. It came with no instructions, and no tool to pry out the plug when you need to adjust air pressure. And the "bicycle" foot pump is a joke. Mine broke in 10 seconds. The air tube was way too short. I ended up inflating it with a $1.00 dollar beach ball hand pump. These are easy and cheap things to fix.

Heavy duty
This is really well built. I can’t believe how solid it feels. I was skeptical about buying a bosu knock off, but wow this is better IMO. The “flat” side dips toward the centre which increases the need to engage the core. It also has a rubber texture which provides amazing grip.

Great product
We got this instead of shelling out for a Bosu. It is great quality and the ribbed surface prevents slipping. You need to use an electric air pump since the one that is sent in the package is useless. Even with the electric air pump, it takes about 30 minutes to inflate. It has stayed inflated so all good.
