Goodman 80 000 BTU 80% AFUE Downflow Gas Furnace GDS80804BN - with LP Conversion Kit

I give it 4 stars because the shipping got messed up, they never updated the tracking and then messaged us that they couldn't get a hold of us to schedule delivery and if they returned it we would have to pay shipping and restocking. We called them and they had a wrong phone number for us, but it would have been so much better if they had used the on line tracking to communicate as I looked at that every day. Also the instructions for installation we practically non-existant.

Price was fair.
