Durable and fun!
Wonderful quality to a classic game that came with a tremendous amount of extra marbles in case we lose some! My daughter came across this game at her end of the year party and made it out if Styrofoam cups to play against us at home so I knew I wanted to get it for her for her birthday so when I saw how affordable this was but had a clasp to keep all the marbles inside I knew had to get it.The fun colors of marbles make the game that much more fun to play! The spaces are large enough to hold plenty of marbles when the game gets tough and we've had lots of laughs already!

Nice Mancala board
Very nice Mancala board. It’s a large size, but folds in half for easy storage. The gem pockets are large so they don’t overflow while playing.

Needs to have bigger cups
This mancala board is well made. The wood has been sanded so that there are no rough spots. Both halves fold nicely and the latch works well. It would be an excellent board if the cups were larger. As it is, the small stones that come with the game fit into the cups, but they are hard to get out because the cups are so small. There isn't room for you to maneuver, especially if the cup is full. If the cups were oblong instead of round, they would be much easier to use.

What a hit this game was!
I gave this Wooden Mancala Game Set to my grandson for Christmas but it turned out to be a gift for the entire family. He played his first game with his father then his brother,, then his sister, then his cousin, and so on until all the possible combinations of players had a chance to play. The squealing and laughter was delightful to hear Then . . . it started all over again. Through the process many young people learned the joys of following rules, winning and losing! From what I'm saying., you would think that there was only one game available for the whole family to play. The other games received less time or virtually no time. Wooden Mancala Board Game was a hit!
